After an unnecessary delay, v16 of the Virtue mod is finally here, resolving a number of issues. I have personally verified that this version installs correctly over both Oversight and Refinements.
Assuming no major bugs arise, future Virtue versions will likely add Tutu compatibility and an improved commoner AI system.
